I know, I know: the Advent season is here and I suspect that some of you have been looking forward to a related content. And it will come, I promise!
But before that, I wanted to take care of a few changes in Linas and my apartment. My shabby three-drawer dresser for example. As we all know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder (and here I always have to think of this nice guy), but excuse me: I found this piece of furniture just pretty ugly since I bought it on ebay. Ugly with potential, though.
So I put on my mad scientist’s work coat (as Lina always calls it), removed the old, much too large handles and replaced them with new ones, prepared brush, roller and paint and started painting. The perfect activity for an uncomfortable sunday evening in November.
Ok, it’s still a little bit shabby but now I’m much happier with it. So the decorating of the apartment can begin! =D
Oh yes, and besides, a little recommendation for the Advent: The picture Advent calendar of Mia Steingräber is always worth a look. =)
