Is the world a happy place for you?
Yes? No? I often can’t decide though.
The climate is going crazy and those who want to protect it are also insulted or laughed at. But we are all in the same boat, right?
As a guy on the internet said so aptly and so stupidly, “There will always be climate!”, so all ya stop to fight!
But hey, there are more important things these days. Cars, motorcycles, the job, flying on vacation. Escaping from the gray everyday life, which is maybe so gray because the green isn’t here to stay .
And the people among themselves?
Good is only what you know! Who you know! Are you black, gay, trans or do you come from abroad? Then it is already difficult for those who only see themselfes. Understand themselfes.
Because what is too different is strange. TOO strange for some. And strangers are scary. Right?
Not because the world is too big and too colorful, it’s because some people are too small and have no colors at all.
Animals are suffering but what is more important than eating them all? Not our dog, not our cat. But the cow and the pig, whose eyes you don’t look back at.
Is the world a happy place for you? For me this isn’t mostly true. Unless some beautiful things shine through.
Colorful people, green meadows, free animals … and songs that remind me of all that.
That give voice to my anger. My sadness. And my happiness!
Hope can blossom from a single line.
